P90X Day 90 - Advanced Yoga Practice (and Les Mills Combat - The Basics)
Done with 90 days of P90X!  I am definitely in the best shape of my life.  I added an extra active resistance training week to the Classic Schedule, so I will start a recovery week  (Core Synergistics or X2 Core, Kenpo Cardio Plus or Les Mills Combat, a couple short runs, and yoga) on Monday.  Then I have a mud/obstacle run on April 27th.  I am ready for the big event!
